The Home Baking Association website contains recipes, baking resources and tips for teachers, parents and kids and safe kitchen check list. It also has a baker's glossary of baking ingredients and utensils. The glossary is actually quite good because it explains the technical terms in a brief and understandable manner. They also used pictures, videos and links in their glossary to help us understand the terms better.
Teachers may use the simple recipes as well as tips provided in this website as teaching aids to be taught in practical lessons.
On the whole, i think this website is handy for teachers as a guide for them to teach simple baking during practicals, beginner bakers and for parent-child baking sessions at home.
