Practical Micro-teaching 5: Seafood

We learnt how to clean fish and crabs today. Nyehh..let's just say, I had a quite traumatic experience handling the crabs and we were cooking flower crabs today..they're blue in colour and very small :S..not really much meat. We also learnt how to shell the prawns. (: and i love the prawns the most! (: they're crispy and oh-so-delicious and go well together with the wasabi mayonnaise. Speaking of mayonnaise, we made it from scratch (:
